When not working you can find me doing a number of different activities across the community. I love hanging out with family, outings with my elderly parents, walking on trails, enjoying the beach at Kent Park, paddle boating or on a pontoon at Lake McBride.
You will likely see me in the neighborhoods walking my chihuahua, Bella, or biking. We love to visit our daughter in the Phoenix area when its frigid in Iowa. I also value and enjoy volunteering with Tiffin’s youth sports program. Our family of 7 children and 1 grandson are spread out across the US, living in Wisconsin, Illinois, Georgia, Arizona, and soon – Alaska!
My name is Casey Oulman, I have been a real estate agent for seven years and have been with Next Home Navigator since the doors opened in April 2020. I take great pride and joy in helping my clients navigate the market and achieve their goals in a community that I have been lucky enough to call home for the last 20 plus years.
I have a beautiful, amazing wife Treena, three lovely daughters, MaKayla, Sophia, MaKenna, and a Giant Schnauzer named Ghinda. If I do manage some free time you can find me traveling, golfing and watching the Hawkeyes win!
It really feels as if I’ve come home to family working at NextHome Navigator. Even though I am older than Jeff & Amy Tackaberry, it turns out we all attended the same college, Olivet University in Bourbonnais, IL. What are the odds of that? I was there when the great tornado hit the campus in 1963. Several people were killed or injured, and they found debris as far away as Xenia, Ohio.
I’ve never gotten out of the snow and ice, growing up in Illinois and also living in Michigan. I was 5’9” as a freshman center on our school basketball team and never grew another inch. Needless to say, I changed sports!
If someone would have told my wife Helena and I, that we would end up with seven children, along with eight grandchildren we would have said “no way”. We did take a couple short cuts along the way, as we adopted four children. We also were foster parents for twelve years – a very rewarding experience!
I’ve had three different careers in my lifetime so sometimes I feel like Herb Philbrick that led three lives. There was a TV show based on his life where he led three different lives – Boston advertising executive by day, undercover agent, and FBI counterspy by night. I never did anything as exciting as what Herb did, but I’ve certainly had a wonderful family & exciting life.
I’m a true Hawkeye fan, going to games and a season ticket holder since the 80’s. My dad was a White Sox fan, so I naturally gravitated toward the Cubbies. There was a time when you could walk right up to the ticket window and buy a ticket & ten, or fifteen thousand people would be a big crowd. We love the Cubs and Hawkeyes.
Next time you’re in Williamsburg going to the outlet mall look for “Stone Drive” when you pull in. That drive was named after me, because I was the Mayor from 1986-1993, I also served on the Iowa County Conference Board.
My name is Jeff and I am Broker/Owner of NextHome Navigator. I’ve been selling real estate about 18 years, but more importantly I am a husband and father. My wife of 30 years, Amy, is also my business partner and office manager who is great at keeping the office and our house running smoothly. We have 3 daughters. Our oldest daughter is Jenna, a music teacher married to a Marine who now lives in North Carolina. Our middle child, Mikayla, is a sophomore in college near Chicago and is also studying to become a music teacher. Our youngest daughter Hailey is a high school graduate who will begin her Biology major in the fall of 2021.
I grew up in Illinois but have lived in Iowa now for 20 years making me officially a Hawkeye! I love following all Hawkeye sports, especially football and basketball. I am also an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. A goal of mine is to go to at least 1 Cubs game every year. I also enjoy spending time with my 2 Doodles, Wrigley and Marley and almost everything that comes with being a dog dad. Other hobbies I enjoy include traveling and fishing; I am also working on restoring a ’51 Chevy Styleline Deluxe with my father in law. Hopefully one of these days you’ll see me cruising around town in it, so watch out for me!
